Our pizzas are exceptional quality, and we only use the best ingredients. From cold-proving our home-made Organic dough for 72 hours, to topping it with the finest San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes, our focus is on quality all the way and your guests will taste the difference. All of this served efficiently by a professional team with a smile.
Our unique set up means we specialise in “Festival Style” service, so guests enjoy the theatre of ordering their own pizza from the truck without long queues or wait times. There’s no need for “by the slice buffets” getting cold and stale, or fighting over slices, instead your own pizzas will be served piping hot & straight from under our 500 degree C flame.
