WE MAKE THE BEST PIZZAS!

Here’s some of our most popular menu options, and we’re happy to tailor your pizzas so talk to us about what you’d like.

THERE IS NO COMPROMISE ON OUR INGREDIENTS

We make all of our own dough in-house using Sicilian sea salt and Polselli organic flour from Napoli. Proving our dough in the fridge for 72 hours allows it to develop a fuller flavour before it’s hand-stretched and topped with the best ingredients. A combination of San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes, Fior di Latte mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh basil, all cooked in 60 seconds under a 500°C flame. It’s all about the dough, and our crusts are chewy & charred, so there’ll be no leaving the crusts!

We keep it pretty traditional on our menu but the consistent theme is quality. The finest Leccino Olives from Tuscany, premium Napoli Salami from the village of Secondigliano, meaty and flavoursome Portobello mushrooms with truffle oil. But we’re not precious, so if you have any special requests we can do it, and yes, we can do ham & pineapple if you wish! But it’ll be the best ham & pineapple you’ve tasted.

Margherita (v)

The Ultimate Classic. Chewy charred dough topped with juicy San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes, fresh basil, oozy and gooey Fior di Latte Mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano. (V)

Salami

The finest Napoli Salami from the village of Secondigliano. It’s classy, peppery & meaty. If you like it spicy, we can indulge this one with a drizzle of hot chilli honey.

Portobello (V + N)

Combining succulent, earthy portobello mushrooms with toasted pine nuts and savoury truffle oil, this is one of our finest creations. (V)

‘Nduja

You won’t worry about the pronunciation when you taste this spicy beauty. Mouth-watering Calabrian sausage made with roasted chilli peppers, balanced with a sprinkling of sweet red onion.

Capricciosa

This is a classy one! Salty Leccino olives combine with thinly sliced artichoke, earthy portobello mushrooms and prosciutto cotto ham. It’s a delicately balanced savoury number.

The Tartufata

Think ham & mushroom on a taste bud rocket! Olive, truffle & mushroom salsa base (Tartufata), parmesan, fresh basil, Fior di Latte mozzarella, earthy Portobello mushroom and the finest Prosciutto crudo ham.

PRICING

Our pricing is simple. Our fixed set up cost is £1,540 and includes:

70 pizzas of
your choice

A minimum of 2 pizza chefs, plus 1 person front of house to serve your guests

All travel costs
and expenses

For more than 70 guests, each extra pizza is charged at £12 each
